Eco Nailer® is an ecologically friendly nailer board used in the turf installation process to secure the synthetic turf in place. The Eco Nailer is affixed to the concrete curb that surrounds the perimeter of the field and related areas.
Post-industrial recycled fibers sourced directly from leading synthetic turf
manufacturing plants comprise a full 40% of the Eco Nailer board. The
remaining sixty percent is derived from post-consumer recycled plastics.
By diverting production waste materials into Eco Nailer, the turf manufacturing operations that supply the raw materials are generating zero waste. The use of resilient, recycled polymers and high quality resins ensures that Eco Nailer will not rot, mildew, decay, or warp, even under extreme freeze-thaw cycles and in wet climates. Eco Nailer carries a 25 year warranty.
